Where do I even begin. In my opinion there's actually nothing worse than looking around and getting quotes for home improvements. BUT! From the very beginning, Anand from Knight Shutters... read more and Improvements responded to my online quote request within an hour on a long weekend. He arranged a time and came out to quote some roller shutters. He never once tried to "sell" me his product, he purely just gave me an overview of the product, showed me some colour samples and mechanism and advised me of the best way to do it to suit our home both practically and aesthetically. He appreciated that he was my first quote and that he wouldn't be my last, saying that that is really good as it keeps him honest. After multiple quotes from different companies, our gut said Knight Shutters and Improvements and we couldn't be happier. The experience from beginning to end was simple, easy and exactly what you expect. The team that came out to do the install were great, friendly and quick! They were done within a couple of hours. They cleaned up after themselves and even accepted the offer of a coffee when it was offered! Anand even came by and spent his time helping me set up the Broadlink universal remote that he suggested to get to control the shutters with Google/Alexa. I've had issues with the app since (not the roller shutters) and he's continued to help me troubleshoot it, after the fact and when it has nothing to do with the product themselves, and out of hours! Lastly, the rollers shutters look amazing and 100% do what their supposed to do! Sleeping after a night shift has never been better! Absolutely and very highly recommend.
